  • Fresh Products (Bread, Pastries): 24 hours from delivery
  • Cakes & Custom Orders: 48 hours from delivery
  • Flowers: 12 hours from delivery
  • General Products: 7 days from delivery

  3. Take photos of the product (if applicable)
  4. Return the product in its original packaging (if required)

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
